3D Modeling, Printing, and Engineering

Working from a rough concept, I designed this weapon and in collaboration with a small team, produced 5 of them for an upcoming Netflix feature film. My direction was to keep it fun and whimsical but with a bit of an edge.

Started with a rough CNC’d blockout to determine proportions.

The FDM printed pieces are cut and keyed to interface with a CNC’d aluminum sub frame.
